Description of Tube Furnace

high temperature tube furnace with resistance wire as the heating element, double shell structure, an intelligent program temperature control system, silicon control, and high precision temperature control. The double shell with the air-cooling system, effectively reduces the surface temperature of the furnace shell. This lab tube furnace combined with our standard vacuum, gas mixing system, can be evacuated through the atmosphere. The tube furnace cover can be opened to quickly cool down the structure which gives a reasonable, beautiful appearance.



Features of Tube Furnace



The laboratory tube furnace cover can be opened to observe the heated material in real-time, and can cool down quickly to meet the experimental needs of the material's sudden cold and heat;



The tube furnace chamber is made of imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, with good heat preservation, durability, high tensile strength, no stray balls, high purity, and energy-saving effect significantly better than domestic fiber materials;



The heating element adopts high-resistance high-quality alloy wire, durable, with a maximum temperature of up to 1200 ℃;



A vacuum and gas circuit fast interface is reserved, which can be used with our vacuum and gas mixing system;



Reserved 485 conversion interface, through our special software, and computer interconnection, can achieve a single or multiple electric furnace remote control, real-time tracking, history records, output reports, and other functions;



The upper cover opens automatically powers off, over-temperature alarm and power off, leakage protection, and safe and reliable operation.
