Description of Single-walled Carbon Nanotube Production Equipment

This equipment is carbon nanotube growth equipment, mainly used for carbon nanotube production. With a silicon carbide rod as its heating element, the carbon nanotube furnace can tolerate maximum temperatures of 1400°C. The single-walled carbon nanotube furnace utilizes a Type S thermocouple for precise temperature control.



Features of Single-walled Carbon Nanotube Production Equipment



Vacuum System: The vacuum system is composed of a pump group and a valve vacuum pipeline. The pump group uses a mechanical pump, with valves selected from domestic and imported brands.



Rapid Vacuum Achievement: The system can achieve the required working vacuum level within a relatively short time (no more than 30 minutes).



Water Cooling System: The water cooling system provides temperature-controlled coolant through separate supply and discharge routes to various parts of the furnace body, electrodes, and seals, ensuring the equipment's safety.



Dual-Layer Furnace Shell: The furnace shell is entirely a dual-layer structure, with inner and outer plates welded with S-shaped rib plates in between. This design extends the water route and enhances the water cooling function.
